THIS IS NIALL.

CHEF. ENTREPRENEUR. CREATIVE.

SINCE FIRST STEPPING FOOT IN A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN AT THE AGE OF 16, NIALL KEATING’S IMPRESSIVE CAREER HAS EARNED HIM A REPUTATION AS ONE OF THE LEADING CHEFS IN THE COUNTRY TODAY. BUT HE IS ONLY JUST GETTING STARTED…

THE NIALL KEATING STORY SO FAR

Niall Keating climbed the culinary ranks by working in renowned kitchens across the world, from Restaurant Sat Bains (2*) in Nottingham to Benu (3*) in San Francisco and Kong Hans Kælder (2*) in Copenhagen. In 2017, Niall was awarded his first Michelin star at The Dining Room at Whatley Manor Hotel, Wiltshire, just eight months after opening. 2 years later he was awarded a second star at the age of just 30 and went on to earn one of Michelin’s first green stars for his sustainable methods. On his shelf are a plethora of other industry accolades including Michelin Young European Chef (2018), Rising Chef Trophy (2019), 4 AA Rosettes and BBC Great British Menu ‘Champion of Champions’ (2020).

In 2021, Niall Keating opened his first restaurant, Lunar, in his hometown of Stoke-on-Trent. However, Niall’s career extends far beyond the restaurant kitchen. Celebrating the 2022 season after a recent partnership with Formula One team, Williams Racing, brought the opportunity to deliver his passion for hospitality trackside across the world whilst pioneering the team’s dedication to sustainability and British talent. On home turf, his street food venture, Paradise Carriage, is celebrated for its combination of top-quality food and music and appears at festivals and private events.
